Many of us are dealing with a lot these days and feeling the effects of the world around us. Take time for yourself to go inward, discover what lies beneath the surface and what might be possible. Through a gentle yoga session, mindfulness and when you’ve filled up your cup, you can give to the community.

Tools and Intentions
We will be meeting each week to create strong habits that will transform your mindset and deepen your practice. The group will begin at 9am sharp introducing the topic for the day and inviting you to ground into and connect with your commitment to create a life you love.
We will end the class with a powerful 20-minute mindfulness training centered on the day’s topic. You will be invited to consider how you can implement principles that are proven to create transformation in people’s lives, business and relationships. You will also receive tools and actions steps to move you forward into what matters most to you. The unique design of this training allows for people to intentionally create individual practices, specific to where they are at, what they are struggling with or what they want to create.
